PART-TIME PREP TEAM
This role helps set the tone for the entire day. Strong prep leads to smooth service, and this position plays a big part in that. This role is part time with 3-4 shifts per week or around 22 hours. This role is a great fit for someone who is organized, steady, and takes pride in setting others up for success.
● Prepare menu components accurately and consistently using recipes
● Build and work through a daily prep list based on volume and team communication
● Keep prep areas, fridges, and storage clean, organized, and easy to work in
● Work independently when needed and stay on track throughout your shift
● Support the line during service when prep is in a good place
● Refill and organize backups for service
● Help with dishes including pre-rinsing and running the dishwasher
● Follow food safety practices including temperature logs and cleaning routines
Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
● FoodSafe certified
● Attentive to details like plating and visual appeal of dishes
● Supportive and positive when interacting with colleagues
● Clean-working, organized, punctual, and reliable
● Able to maintain calm under pressure
● Proactive in their cleaning habits
● Comfortable on their feet for longer periods of time
● Capable of lifting 50 lb safely

Must be at least 19 years old. Weekend availability is essential for this position. This position includes great perks like staff discounted beer and meals, paid breaks, weekly tip-out, and others. Average compensation (wage + pooled tip-out) for this position is $24 – $29 per hour.
PART-TIME LINE TEAM
This role is all about execution during service and working together as a team to put out consistent, great food. This role is part time with 3-4 shifts per week or around 22 hours. This role suits someone who enjoys a fast pace, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in consistency.
● Manage tickets and keep orders moving smoothly and accurately
● Communicate clearly with both kitchen and front of house
● Assemble, cook, plate, and garnish dishes to spec
● Keep your station stocked, clean, and organized
● Help with dishes and cleaning throughout service
● Complete closing tasks and reset the kitchen for the next day
● Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
● FoodSafe certified
● Attentive to details like plating and visual appeal of dishes
● Supportive and positive when interacting with colleagues
● Clean-working, organized, punctual, and reliable
● Able to maintain calm under pressure

Front-of-House Servers

Responsibilities of this position include:
• Operate POS system, take orders, and run food
• Communicate with Kitchen & FOH teams during service
• Handle beer service, including pouring draft beer, growlers, and assembling other beverages
• Clear tables, run glasswasher, and pre-rinse dishes
• Maintain tidy Lounge area during service
• Perform end-of-night cleaning and closing tasks
• Aid in restocking and cleaning during downtime
• Welcome & seat customers warmly
• Accurately take and recommend orders
• Serve food and drinks promptly and attractively
• Keep workspace clean and organized
• Engage customers, share menu and feature info
• Upsell merchandise and discuss promotions or sales
• Handle transactions including use of debit terminals
• Coordinate with kitchen for accurate orders
• Assist in opening and closing procedures
Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
• Detail-oriented for item details, customizations, and allergens
• Supportive, positive, and organized team player
• Punctual, reliable, and composed under pressure
• Proactively maintains cleanliness
• Comfortable on feet for extended periods
• 2 years experience in serving
• Basic beer knowledge & passion for craft beer
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Thrives in fast-paced, detail-focused settings
• Flexible schedule, including weekends & evenings
• Exceptional multitasking ability
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing & carrying
• Familiarity with food safety & hygiene practices a plus

Must be at least 19 years old with a valid Serving-It-Right Certificate. This position includes great perks like staff discounted beer and meals, paid breaks, weekly tip-out, and others. Average compensation (wage + pooled tip-out) for this position is $27 – $30 per hour.
